NEW Users to Register
If you are a new user: Click here to go to User Registration and fill out the form and proceed to take the Survey.
For the Group ID and Password see Denise Michael, James Pingree or Terry Villemure.
Please use your school email when asked for an email address.
After you complete the form continue on to take the survey.

Returning Users
Open the email that you used for Loti and get your user name and password from Chris Nelson email.
Loti Survey Sign in for Registered Users: Click here to take the survey
Enter your User ID and Password under "I'am already registered"
Did you forget your password or user ID? Click on "Need help signing in?", then click on "Password Request Form " under "2. FORGOT YOUR USER ID OR PASSWORD?".
Type in your email that you used last year and Click on "Get Login Info!" to have the information sent to you.
The main office also has a list of last years user ID's and emails. Please see Denise Michael for help.
Please print the Loti Questionaire Results and submit them to Denise Michael. Thank you. If you have trouble printing the results, James Pingree can show you how to login in again to get them.
James Pingree will be available before school and periods B and C.
