Works Cited Guidelines

1. Use the heading "Bibliography," "Works Cited," or "References."
2. Begin each entry at the left margin. If the entry runs more than one line, indent additional lines 5 spaces.
3. Double space between entries, and single space within each entry.
4. List each entry alphabetically by the author's last name. If there is no author, use the first word of the title, excluding a, an, or the.
5. An entry generally has 3 main divisions: author, title, and publication information.
