Procedures for Publishing Web Pages
Section 1: Procedures for Staff, Alumni, and the Community
- Complete the form for publishing for the Manchester High School West web site.
- Sign and date the form for publishing.
- Return to Mr. Pingree or Mrs. Villemure to be place on file.
- Verify that all material being submitted follows the Policies for Publishing and meets the Manchester High School West guidelines.
- Give us the link to the page where your site is hosted
and/ or
Submit pages on disk to Mr. Pingree or Mrs. Villemure.

Include graphics as attachments.
Section 2: Procedures for Students
- Complete the student application to publish pages for Manchester High School West.
- Obtain your assistant principals signature.
- Obtain your parent/ guardian signature.
- Obtain your Organizations Advisors signature.
- Sign and date the document yourself.
- Return the application to Mr. Pingree or Mrs. Villemure to be placed on file.
- Verify that all material being submitted follows the Policies for Publishing and meets the Manchester High School West guidelines
- Give us the link to the page where your site is hosted

Section 3: Procedure for West Web Development Team
Once the page is reviewed one of the following will take place:
If posting on our site:
- Approve the page "as is," place it in the appropriate directory on the site and notify the author.
- Make minor modifications, approve the page, place it in the appropriate directory on the site, and notify the author of the changes that were made and tell the author the URL for the page.
- Return the page to the author with a detailed request for changes/editing. Once changes have been made, the author can resubmit the page.
If posted on another server:
- Approve the page "as is," place link(s) from our site and notify the author.
- Notify the author with a detailed request for changes/editing. Once changes have been made, the author can resubmit the page.
