- All persons publishing pages hosted on the school site (www.westhighschool.org) or on any other server that represents Manchester High School West and its Staff and Organizations must follow the Manchester School District Intranet/ Internet Acceptable Use Policy.
Note: Student produced material may be posted only after administrative
review and then parental permission, and at that point will be
considered fair and available to the public.
- Students wishing to publish pages must meet the guidelines for members of student organizations from the student handbook.
- All material submitted for publishing must comply with the Manchester School District's Policy on Copyright.
Note: The person(s) and /or their guardian(s) are responsible for the content of the page. This includes all graphics, pictures and text.
- The content (code, text and graphics) of pages submitted is the property of the Manchester High School West. The author gives up all rights to the content of the pages.
- All authors must follow the Manchester High School West Guidelines and Procedures for Publishing Web Pages.
- All authors must comply with Policies and Service Guidelines of GLM WebWorks Inc.
- Authors visual designs of their pages will be respected.
- Information considered "directory information" in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act may be published.
- Materials (text or graphics) published in a Manchester High School West publication
(the Blueprint, Cauldron, Friends of Manchester Athletics Souvenir Programs, etc.) will be considered for republishing on the school's web site if the author is not a student, when the author becomes an alumni, no longer attends a Manchester District School or with parental permission.
- All third party forms, graphics, and software will remain the property of the original party. Manchester High School West and the Manchester School District take no responsibility for any of these third party items. All Manchester High School West authors must obtain written permission before using or linking to any third party forms, graphics, or software.
- Manchester High School West is not responsible for the content of third party links.
