Shareware and Freeware Downloads

CNET DOWNLOAD.COM Has freeware and shareware for both PC and Mac. All of the software below plus thousands of other titles can be found here.

FTP Software

 Fetch can be used to upload and download files and folders to a web site.

The Manchester High School West Web Site was built with the following software.

Most pages were made with PageSpinner, most graphics were made with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and the PDF files were made with Adobe PageMaker. Graphic maps were made with Mapper. Graphics were converted and edited with Graphic Converter. Excalibur is a spell checking software that works with PageSpinner. Claris Home Page and Adode PageMill have also been used for some pages. BBEdit was used to make global changes to our site. Other people have also worked on this site using other software, both PC and Mac. If you know of any other software that would be helpful to our patrons please contact us.
