Follow Everett Turnpike (Rte. 3) south. Take Exit 4 off Everett Turnpike to Dunstable Road. (At end of exit go left, back over turnpike). Take a left onto Lund Road and follow for 1 mile. The school is on the right and field is near the tennis courts on right-hand side.

For Cross Country, Football, and Soccer at Memorial Field: From Rte. 93 North or South, take Exit 12 (South Main Steet is Rte. 3A).
When coming off Exit, take the second left to Braodway.
Continue on Broadway until you come to an intersection with traffic lights.
Go through the lights to Clinton Street. (There will be a restaurant on your right after you go through the lights).
Continue on Clinton Street to South Fruit Street on your right.
Turn onto South Fruit Street and Memorial Field will be on your left about one block.
For Field Hockey at Rollins Park: From Rte. 93 North or South take Exit 12 (S. Main St. is Rte. 3A).
When you come off the Exit, take the second left to Broadway.
Contine on Broadway less than 1/2 mile.
Rollins Park is on your left.
For Golf at Concord Country Club: From Rte. 93 North or South, take Exit 16 (East Concord Exit).
You will see a Mobil Station across the road at the end of the Exit. turn left onto Mountain Road. Route 132 North.
Continue on Mountain Road for approximately 1 1/2 miles.
Concord Country Club entrance will be on your right.
For Spirit and Volleyball at Concord High School: Follow directions to Memorial Field.
After you pass Memorial Field on South Fruit Street, continue on until you come to a set of lights. You will see Concord High School directly ahead of you.
Go through the lights onto North Fruit Street.
Take your first right onto Woodman Street.
Go to the end of Woodman Street.
Turn right onto Westbourn Road for parking.

Take Rte. 155 into Dover, the road turns into Silver Street.
Follow Silver Street to the end.
At set of lights, take a left onto Central Avenue. (A gas station will be directly across from you.)
At the second set of lights, turn right. (Janetos Shopping Plaza on right.)
At the stop sign, go straight onto Portland Avenue.
Dover Ice Arena is on the left at the top of the hill.

At the lights, take a left on Rte. 10
follow one mile until you see an open field on the left.
Ice Arena sets back on the left.

At light, take a left onto West St.
Follow West St. approximately 1 mile to high school Field is behind football score board.

Go by library and police station.

Go approximately 1/4 mile and take the first left on Emerson Road.
Stay straight on Emerson for approximately 1 mile through 2 stop signs.
As the road turns to go over Rte. 4, Coe Drive is on the right.
Take Coe Drive and follow until you see the school.

At approximately 1 mile, bear to the right (South Street) to the traffic light, get in the right lane.
There will be a playground on your left and lafayette Professional Park on the right.
Turn right and proceed to the yellow blinking light at Alumni Drive.
Turn left, Portsmouth High School will be directly in front of you.

For Ice Hockey: Follow the same directions to Rochester coming in on Rte. 125 (Go under the Rte. 16 highway) turning right onto Lowell Street at the second light after the Rte. 16 underpass where the huge YMCA Sign will be located.
The Rochester Skating Arena will be on your right about 1/2 mile down the road.
