The permission slip below is for all math meets. A bus will transport students so and from all meets. The bus will usually leave from the teacher's parking lot at West. Students must return back to West on the bus.

All meets are over at about 5:17. The bus will return directly to West and drop off the students in the teacher's parking lot entrance. I will have a cell phone with me so that your child can give you an estimate of our arrival time back at West. Please be prompt in picking up your child!
